It is said thatInflation rates depends on difrence beween demand &supply.WHY--when Mahmohan govt.win majorityj2008.After that there was no demand of MP's. neither from govt. nor from opposition at that time INFLATION RATES was touching 13%. Now election is coming it's sure not single party will gate majority.there will be a huge demand of MP'S, not only from govt or opposition but from third ,fourth front also. why Economist r saying -inflation rates could be zero(0)%
